Are your products gluten-free?
All of our products are gluten-free.
How long will the chocolates last and how do I conserve them?
Our Fine Handmade Chocolates are made fresh and do not contain any preservatives. We recommend that they are enjoyed within 7 days of purchase to be enjoyed at the peak of their freshness. They are best enjoyed at their optimal serving temperature which 68-70 degrees or at room temperature.
We recommend conserving them in a cool place (between 57 and 64F) away from direct sunlight. Possible solutions would be to place them in a cool area such as a pantry, provided you keep them in the original packaging. If you plan on keeping them for a long-term the chocolates may be placed in the freezer. The chocolates should be removed from the freezer and left to sit for a period of 6 hours hours before tasting to enjoy their full flavor.
Do you carry chocolate for people with tree-nut allergies?
Our chocolates contain some nuts and nut products, they are prepared in a kitchen that also handles nuts in the preparation of other products. We recommend that if you have allergies to any products associated with candy production that you purchase and consume products that you know are safe for your consumption. There are an increasingly number of allergies and we take every precaution to keep our customers informed, please read the tri-fold descriptor for items used in the flavoring of our Bon Bons.

SHIPPING & DELIVERY POLICY
I would like to know more about order processing and shipping time.
We are committed to making sure that each purchase is delivered in the safest and quickest way, and that each chocolate arrives in perfect condition.
What shipping method do you use?
We ship using UPS, offering Ground, 2nd Day Air, and
Next Day Delivery.
We ship Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday. We will also ship locally (within Washington State) on Thursdays to next day recipients.
We will make every attempt to ship orders the same day if received before 11:00 A.M. So the chocolates are not sitting in storage over the weekend , If an order is received after 11:00 A.M. on Wednesday it will not be sent until the following Monday if it is going to be any more than two days in transit. Moreover, we don't ship on weekends because we don't want the products to stay in a transporter warehouse.
Do you deliver PO boxes?
We ship only to Business and Residential addresses, and not to PO Boxes.

We require that each order is above $16.00 in value.
